Terms of Service (ToS) for LimeCraft

READ CAREFULLY: This document constitutes a binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and the LimeCraft Server ("LimeCraft" or "We"). Utilization of the LimeCraft Donation Store signifies your full, irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

1. The Nature of Support: A Voluntary Gift

1.1. Support, Not Sale: All financial contributions made through the LimeCraft Donation Store are designated as voluntary, non-obligatory gifts intended solely to support the ongoing expenses (hardware, domain fees, staff salaries) required to keep the LimeCraft server operational.

1.2. The "Virtual Privilege" Standard: In exchange for your donation, LimeCraft grants you non-transferable access to Virtual Perks (e.g., exclusive Ranks, cosmetic items, kits). These perks are purely privileges and serve as a thank you for your generosity. They hold zero cash value outside of the LimeCraft environment.

1.3. Ephemeral Existence: You understand and accept that LimeCraft may terminate, reset, or significantly modify the server, game modes, or specific Virtual Perks at any time, for any reason, often without notice or compensation.

2. Financial Policy and The Chargeback Doctrine (The Zero-Tolerance Clause)

2.1. Finality of Donations: All donations are ABSOLUTELY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By donating, you legally waive any right to demand a refund, regardless of the circumstances, including technical issues, account loss, or server closure.

2.2. The Chargeback Policy: * Initiating a chargeback, transaction reversal, or unauthorized dispute through a financial institution is considered a malicious attack on the Server's financial stability. * Penalty: Any account, and all associated alternate accounts, proven to have initiated a chargeback will face an immediate, permanent, and irreversible exclusion from the LimeCraft server, its services, and all related communities. All donated perks will be stripped. * We reserve the right to pursue debt recovery for the full amount of the reversed transaction plus administrative fees.

2.3. Payment Authorization: You guarantee that you possess the explicit legal authority (as the account holder or with express permission from the account holder) to use the payment method submitted.

3. Rule Violations and Privilege Revocation

3.1. Rule Supremacy: Donation status does not grant immunity. All Players are subject to the LimeCraft Code of Conduct and Server Rules at all times. 3.2. Forfeiture: If your account is banned, muted, or otherwise restricted for violating the Server Rules, all Virtual Perks and donated funds are immediately forfeited without right to refund or compensation.

4. Acceptance

By submitting a payment to the LimeCraft Donation Store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rigorous Terms of Service, and you agree to abide by the consequences outlined herein, including the permanent loss of access and forfeiture of funds in the event of a breach.
