This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected by LimeCraft ("The Server," "We," or "Us") through the Donation Store, how that information is used, and the steps we take to protect it.

We limit the data we collect to the absolute minimum necessary for processing donations and maintaining server integrity.

1.1. Information Collected via Payment Processors

When you make a donation, your financial transaction is handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., fictional "MinePay Solutions" or PayPal). LimeCraft DOES NOT store or directly access sensitive financial information such as:

  • Full Credit Card Numbers
  • Bank Account Details

However, the payment processor shares the following necessary information with us:

  • Transaction ID and Amount.
  • Time and Date of the transaction.
  • Billing Location (City/State/Country) for fraud analysis.

1.2. Server and Identification Data

We directly collect and store the following data linked to your donation:

  • Your Minecraft Username (IGN).
  • Your IP Address used at the time of donation.
  • Your Email Address (if provided to the store for receipt delivery).

2. How We Use the Information

The data collected is used strictly for the following operational and security purposes:

  • Service Fulfillment: To assign the purchased Virtual Perks (Ranks, Items) to the correct Minecraft Account (IGN).
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: The IP Address and billing information are cross-referenced to identify and investigate potential fraud, Chargebacks (as defined in our ToS), and unauthorized use of payment methods.
  • Communication: To send donation receipts or, rarely, to contact you regarding a critical issue with your purchase or account status.
  • Analytics: To track overall server income and popular perks (always aggregated, non-personally identifiable data).

3. Disclosure of Information

LimeCraft is committed to protecting your data, but there are limited circumstances where disclosure may occur:

  • Chargeback Enforcement: In the event of a chargeback, the collected IP Address, IGN, and transaction details may be shared with the payment processor, law enforcement, or anti-fraud services to enforce the penalties outlined in the LimeCraft Terms of Service.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, or governmental request.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures (e.g., encryption, restricted staff access) to protect the data we store against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance Reference)

The LimeCraft Server is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent before attempting to donate or providing any personal information. By donating, you confirm that you are over 13 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.
